Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to payments, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, failed transactions, demo/service charges, and other payment-related matters for TilesKhata (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By purchasing, subscribing, making payment, or using any paid service of TilesKhata, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. ABOUT TILESKHATA SERVICES

TilesKhata provides digital tools and software-related services for tiles, marble, granite, sanitary, and similar businesses. Services may include website access, web application access, calculation tools, business-support tools, reports, demo services, setup assistance, subscription plans, customization, support, and related services.

2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All payments made to TilesKhata for subscriptions, setup charges, customization, demo-related paid services, software access, or other digital services are generally non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully completed and service access, setup, onboarding, consultation, customization, or subscription activation has started, no refund shall be provided except in specific cases mentioned in this Policy.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds will not be provided for:

Subscription fees after plan activation.

Setup or onboarding charges.

Customization or development charges.

Demo-related paid services, if any.

Training or consultation charges.

Digital access already provided to the User.

Partial usage of services.

User’s change of mind after purchase.

User’s failure to use the service.

Incorrect information entered by the User.

Business losses or dissatisfaction caused by incorrect data entry, wrong measurements, wrong product details, or wrong calculation inputs.

Any delay or failure caused by third-party services, internet issues, device issues, or user-side technical problems.

4. REFUND EXCEPTIONS

A refund may be considered only on a case-to-case basis in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by mistake for the same service.

Wrong amount charged due to a verified technical or billing error.

Payment deducted but service not activated due to a verified issue from our side.

Fraudulent transaction reported within a reasonable time and verified through proper investigation.

Any approved refund shall be at the sole discretion of TilesKhata after successful verification of the transaction and applicable records.

5. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

If TilesKhata offers subscription plans, the User may request cancellation of renewal or future billing by contacting support before the next billing cycle.

However:

Cancellation will not automatically result in a refund for the current active billing period.

The User may continue to access paid services until the end of the active subscription period, unless otherwise decided by TilesKhata.

No partial refund shall be provided for unused days, unused features, or early cancellation.

If the subscription was purchased under a special offer, discount, promotional plan, or bundled package, separate cancellation rules may apply.

6. UPI, NET BANKING, AND WALLET PAYMENTS

UPI, net banking, and wallet transactions are usually processed in real time and cannot be cancelled after the transaction is initiated.

If the User enters incorrect payment details, wrong UPI ID, wrong account details, or makes payment to an incorrect recipient due to user error, TilesKhata shall not be liable for such transaction.

If the amount is deducted but confirmation is delayed, the User should wait for a reasonable cool-off period and then contact TilesKhata support with payment proof.

7. DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

For issues related to debit card or credit card payments, the User must report the issue to TilesKhata support at [email protected] with relevant transaction details.

TilesKhata may review the payment status with the payment gateway or service provider. Resolution timelines may depend on the payment gateway, card issuer, bank, or third-party provider.

8. FAILED OR PENDING TRANSACTIONS

If a transaction fails, remains pending, or is delayed due to bank, payment gateway, UPI, wallet, internet, server, or third-party service issues, TilesKhata shall not be responsible for such delay.

If the amount is deducted and not reflected in TilesKhata records, the User must share the transaction ID, payment screenshot, date, time, amount, registered mobile number, and email address for verification.

9. INVOICE AND GST DETAILS

Users are advised to provide correct billing details, GST details, business name, address, and email address at the time of purchase.

If the User requires invoice changes, GST updates, or correction in invoice details, the User must request the same by emailing [email protected] within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Invoice changes shall be processed only if legally and operationally possible.

10. CUSTOMIZATION, SETUP, AND DEVELOPMENT WORK

If TilesKhata provides custom setup, custom features, design changes, development work, data setup, business-specific configuration, or any special service, charges for such work are non-refundable once work has started.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

11. DATA ENTRY, CALCULATION, AND BUSINESS OUTPUTS

TilesKhata may provide tools for area calculation, square-foot calculation, box/piece estimation, marble/granite estimation, product data support, reports, or similar business assistance.

Refunds shall not be provided for losses, disputes, or dissatisfaction arising from:

Wrong measurements entered by the User.

Incorrect product size, box quantity, rate, tax, or discount entered by the User.

Manual mistakes made by the User.

Business decisions made based on estimates without independent verification.

Incorrect or incomplete business information submitted by the User.

The User is responsible for verifying all final calculations, prices, invoices, quantities, and business decisions.

12. FREE TRIAL, DEMO, OR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

TilesKhata may offer a free demo, trial, promotional access, or limited-time offer at its discretion.

Such offers may be changed, withdrawn, extended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

A free demo or trial does not guarantee free access to all paid features.

13. TERMINATION DUE TO MISUSE

If a User’s account or access is suspended or terminated due to misuse, fraud, abuse, violation of Terms and Conditions, non-payment, illegal activity, or unauthorized use, no refund shall be provided.

14. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund review, the User must email [email protected] with:

Full name.

Registered mobile number.

Registered email address.

Business/shop name.

Payment date.

Payment amount.

Transaction ID/reference number.

Payment screenshot or proof.

Reason for refund request.

TilesKhata will review the request and may ask for additional information.

15. REFUND TIMELINE

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or any other method decided by TilesKhata.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI systems, wallets, or other third-party service providers.

TilesKhata shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

16. NO HARDWARE / PHYSICAL PRODUCT REFUND

TilesKhata is primarily a digital/software-related service. If any physical product, printed material, device, or hardware is ever sold separately, refund/replacement terms for such items will be mentioned separately at the time of purchase.

Unless specifically stated in writing, no refund shall be provided for physical items once shipped, used, damaged, customized, or delivered.
